Don't see this posted anywhere.  Q Entertainment (creators of Meteos and Lumines) have announced that they will be taking a Japanese freeware game, Every Extend, and making it into a new PSP title currently titled as Every Extend Extra. I find it to be quite fun if not quite as engaging as Lumines.

You can get the freeware game here:

You can check out Q?'s trailer, etc., here:

The best part of SWG was the easy account cancellation process.

EDIT:
I pumped that page thru google's japanese translation beta.  It's not bad, tho it's prolly the most amusing Engrish I've seen in awhile.  The movie page is still useless, google can't parse the flash animation, I'm sure.  The music is kinda cool tho, I suppose.

Uhh, use Google if you have to.

The freeware page should automatically start a download.  If it doesn't then press the first link.  The game itself is in English.

As for the Q? page -- look at the pretty graphics.  I didn't understand any of it myself but it looks pretty darn cool and it makes some sense after having played the freeware game.

Wow....pretty goofy and fun gaming. More people need to think "outside the box" like this.

Also, the soundtrack kicks all kinds of ass. Trance gaming FTW.

Just wondering why and how there are F13's on the top-score sheets.

Heh. That's because it's from my home directory. I uploaded it after I played a couple times. When there are only 3 letters, I always use f13. Have for a few years now actually.

Doesn't matter really, I was just curious. I obliterated all of those scores anyway.

After I figured out that you have to press Z to blow shit up; It's not simply a game about dodging.
