LEE SHOCKED BY OZZY'S 'TURD' OFFERING

TOMMY LEE remembers a time OZZY OSBOURNE's outrageous antics went too far even for him, when the BLACK SABBATH legend decorated the walls of the MOTLEY CRUE drummer's hotel room with a fistful of his own excrement.

Lee admits Osbourne's faeces mural may have been a "gesture of friendship", but it was one gift he could have lived without.

He recalls, "Ozzy took a c**p in my hotel room, right in the middle of the carpet, and then started painting the walls with his own s**t.

"Just when you think you've seen everything. I'm not the easily-shocked type but that episode had me reeling.

"Maybe, in some f**ked-up way, Ozzy meant it as a gesture of friendship."

I was really let down the first time I met Ozz. He was sober and drinking water, back on the Bark at the Moon tour. :(

Otoh, I met Metallica the same night and they were loaded on Heinekens and mixed drinks. Sad I only met Cliff in passing, but I got to talk with Kirk for hours.

Anyway, Tommy Lee then went on to say Nikki Sixx came in the room and placed Ozzy's feces into a syringe and injected it into his arm. Ozz has nothing on the Crue's antics imo.

I've gotta say, Sky, I've had a strange notion for a while now that you were the bassist for Whitesnake or some other fairly well known 80's band. Should you be in the "Famous MMO Gamer" thread or not?

Nah, my band was never famous, really. We started as hardcore thrash and moved into prog metal, I'm 99% sure you never heard of us. Had some legal issues with a member so I don't like discussing the band itself.

But I get around. I met Ozz and Metallica via a good friend who does rock photography (well, via her press pass and some social engineering). It's actually really easy to hang out with musicians if you aren't a dick (and they aren't dicks, either...I'm looking at YOU, Diamond Dave...). They tend to be real cool folks. I've met a metric shitton of 'famous' people in my time. Makes the last few years so boring imo ;) My girlfriend has NO IDEA what she is doing when she encourages me to get more social...so many stories from the old days - I was almost in the Doors movie, too. I'm like the metal version of Forrest Gump.

I've met a few too, but nothing on the level of Oz. Or anyone in metal really (though I almost got into a fight with Slipknot at Denny's...I think.....But I digress).

Anyways...Life is pretty boring for me now too. *Need to get off my ass*

Would that even have been worth the hassle?

I didn't even know who they were at the time, but if I did...

Then yes.
