I just managed to get in on this. I've used Opera for a little while now and it's cool to get rid of the ad-bar. Thanks alot Shockeye.

The best part of SWG was the easy account cancellation process.

Better than firefox?

Not with that ugly adbar taking up screen real estate.  It is faster loading initially, and does produce pages, especially table-heavy ones, slightly faster.

IMO, the benefits are not worth $40, or losing screen space to an adbar.

I used that browser for a few weeks.  Large images would crash the program to desktop constantly.  Probably fixed by now but I see no reason to leave firefox.

Have you tried any of the other browsers?

I'm on FireFox right now. I've seen Opera in action.

Netscape works fine for me. It does what I tell it to do, and it doesn't complain.

Netscape is just Mozilla with some crap tacked onto it.

Unless you're talking about Netscape 4, in which case I don't think you're using the same Internet as the rest of us if you're not having problems.

I think everyone would just be better off if we pretended that Netscape 4 didn't exist.
