Who gives a flying fuck about the website when five to ten servers worth of people CAN'T PLAY A GAME THEY'RE PAYING FOR. Cheeeeerist, stop giving these assholes a way out.
Considering their web site regularly shits itself, especially on patch day, I'd say firing the current web guys would only make things worse. They either need to hire a lot more people on all fronts, or hire people with their thumbs not planted in their assholes. Whatever it is, they have made too much money off of WoW for it to be in the shitty state of service they are in. |

I happen to know that Blizzard hires a lot of their web/server techs from their pool of GMs. As we have seen GMs dont always make the best server techs. I know for a fact some of them have no fucking idea what they are doing. Like serously like WTF IDIOT type shit. Some of them are really good though. The problem is one idiot can ruin it for many good people.

When it comes to web architecture, one idiot in the group can easily provide the rest of the group more work fixing fuckups than the group can handle even if it didn't have other things to do.
Hiring GM's as SERVER TECHS? ARE THEY FUCKING HIGH?
EDIT: Oh wait, they hired Tigole and Furor. The question is answered.

All I know is that after using the calculator last night I figured out that I really really need to redo my priest and warlock talents. Man, I missed a bunch of really useful talents there.
I'll probably reset my Pally talents too. There just has to be a better build....there just has to be...
