We need to update the vernacular- trailers should be called disposable homes instead of mobile homes. How often are they mobile? That's right, only when a tornado or hurricane happens by.

Quote from: Janet Levine in article
Janet Levine at Maliblue Holdings has bought several old homes and is installing high-end "mobile villas" to put up for sale.  Levine and others bristle at the term "trailer." To be permitted in the park, the home must be perched on piers (a high-end version of up on blocks).

Priceless.

It's not a trailer because it's on piers, dontcha know?  That makes it a "villa" instead!

My old grampa used to sit on the porch of his villa and shoot swamp critters.
