Are you serious? This is one of the better pools I've seen. You could build straight up black/green with bombs, ample removal and no need for a splash.
Black: 1 Swallowing Plague 1 Scuttling Death 1 Soulless Revival 1 Okiba-Gang Shinobi 1 Psychic Spear 1 Pull Under 1 Razorjaw Oni 1 Rend Spirit 1 Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni 1 Kagemaro's Clutch
Green: 1 Venerable Kumo 1 Sosuke, Son of Seshiro 1 Shinen of Life's Roar 1 Soilshaper 1 Bounteous Kirin 1 Burr Grafter 1 Dripping-Tongue Zubera 1 Order of the Sacred Bell 1 Gnarled Mass 1 Kodama of the South Tree 1 Kodama's Might 1 Matsu-Tribe Sniper
9 forest 9 swamp

What scribble said, then...
+ Blinding powder + Kabuto Moth + Split tail miko + Cage of hands + 3 Plains
- Tribe sniper - Dripping Tongue Zubera - Sacred Bell - Venerable Kumo - 2 Forest - 1 Swamp
Another possibility is to swap out green in favour of blue...
1 Teller of Tales 1 Mistblade Shinobi 1 Moonbow Illusionist 1 Genju of the Falls 1 Counsel of the Soratami 1 Toils of night & day 1 River Kaijin 1 Minamo Scrollkeeper
You don't quite have enough depth in blue to make this first choice, but champions has plenty of decent blue, and so may well give you a replacement for Kajin and Scrollkeeper next week, week three might give you a glasskite. Fliers + ninja = luv.

While the white cards Eldaec puts in are more powerful than the ones cut from the deck, I still think doing so is a mistake. Consistency is key, and you should always look to play only two colours if the card pool supports this. For one it will mean that you'll steal many games with your more reliable deck while opponents struggle with clunky draws. Also, cards like gnarled mass and kodama of the south tree become worse when you play only seven green sources. A 3/3 for three mana isn't that great on turn six when you finally draw your second forest, and the kodama is a house on turn four.
Might be worth it though playing blinding powder over something, but in my experience it's too situational.

I actually tried UG and BG...neither has actually...worked. The two duels I tried BG for, the removal never showed up, beyond maybe 1 card.
Got a BoK Booster today:
Torrent of Stone Deep Hours Child of Thorns Skullsnatcher Moonlit Strider Frost Ogre Mending Hands First Volley Floodbringer Uproot Call for Blood Loam Dweller Shuriken Sosuke's Summons Baku Alter

Your original card pool is pretty damn good. There is no one superbomb that I see, but the overall quality is high. It's certainly WAY better than my last card pool. You have some Pretty good white cards already and Moonlit Strider is another nice addition. But I still might not splash white, although Cage of Hands is pretty awesome.
Also if you have a deck with plenty of spirits play devouring greed for sure. It's a great finisher.

The booster cards aren't great - but you could consider playing with shuriken if only learn to the shuriken trick.
Magic challenge - read the rules text on shuriken then work out how you can use it on a non-ninja but not lose control of the item to the other player.

I've read it tons of times.
I don't see a non-ninja way. I don't see how MtG:O could see one either.

Have shuriken equipped to a non-ninja creature. Then, holding in CTRL, equip it to another creature you control. Holding in CTRL means you keep priority and are able to do something in response to the equipping. In response, use the shuriken to shoot an opposing creature. Let this ability resolve, killing the creature on the other side and giving control of the shuriken to your opponent. Then the equip to your other creature resolves - shuriken is still controlled by your opponent, but that doesn't change what creature it's equipped to. Now use your newly equipped creature to shoot one of your own creatures with shuriken's ability - preferably one that survives the two damage. Since shuriken says the controller of the creature getting shot gains control of shuriken, this means you gain back control of the equipment. Rinse, repeat.
Shuriken is usually good in green decks even if you have no ninjas, since you'll often have plenty of guys who can survive the 2 damage. Your G/B deck now has skullsnatcher in addition to the okiba-gang, so shuriken is definately an auto-include. I'd also play child of thorns, loam dweller and sosuke's summons (great with your sosuke!).
