So Alan Yoder, 29, originally was charged with felony animal cruelty, but court records show that charge was dropped last Friday and replaced with a misdemeanor - disorderly conduct. I admit to being curious about what new details came to light that changed it from a felony to a misdemeanor. Did they have to tone it down because they couldn't prove it was nonconsentual? |
