No movie has more style and character than the original Dawn of the Dead. NONE!

Except every other movie.  Rock Out Including Erin Brockovich.

I always thought Dawn of the Dead was kind of silly with the biker gang vs. zombie stuff. It was almost Monty Python.

vampirehipi23: I would enjoy a book written by a monkey and turned into a movie rather than this.

Did anyone notice the machete biker zombie was a dead ringer for the biker in Dawn?  That was a nice touch.

Tom Savini - the guy who did the original gore effects in Dawn of the Dead. Was also Sex Machine in From Dusk til Dawn.

He was also one of the cops in the TV broadcasts in the Dawn remake.
