People who cannot do high level instance runs successfully, cannot find quality groups or have shitty repuations, will all find themselves either soloing or spending time "grouped" in Warsong.
Since most people join the Que for Warsong solo, there is no actual "group invite" in the traditional sense. I think over time, despite the fun Warsong contains, will become a repository for ghetto groups. An abyss where the unwanted players spend their time.
Right now the novelty of Warsong, at least until recently, was drawing players from instance runs to do pvp. This may be changing. Can't get an instance run? Solo or do Warsong. Overtime the quality of players in Warsong is going to decline.
A dark prediction - I love Warsong - but I am just thinking about how this might look down the road.

You're right, but I think it will have more impact in Alterac than Warsong. People are starting to group before going to Warsong as the queue times are short enough to accomodate that. If anything, I think as the novelty fades, Warsong will be relegated to the battleground used to set up guild-sponsored PvP sessions, and Alterac will (when available) be full of the sociopathic jerks who don't play well with others.
Out of interest, would you invite somebody kitted out in battlegrounds loot into your pickup group? :P

I haven't seen this taking place yet. If it does, it is still far down the road. The wait time is so much shorter than Alterac Valley that even many of the quality players prefer it, especially after peak time passes and the chances of another Alterac Valley instance launching is nil
