REN: Now, listen, Cadet. I've got a JOB for you. See this button?
(Stimpy reaches for the button) DON'T TOUCH IT!
It's the HISTORY ERASER button, you FOOL!

STIMPY: So what`ll happen?

REN: That's just IT! We don't KNOW! Maayyybeee something bad?...Mayyybeee something good! I guess we`ll never know! `Cause you`re going to guard it! You won`t TOUCH it, will you?

(Stimpy salutes. Ren leaves.)

(Stimpy marches back and forth, starting at the button.)

ANNOUNCER: Oh, how long can trusty Cadet Stimpy hold out? How can he possibly resist the diabolical urge to push the button that could erase his very existence? Will his tortured mind give in to its uncontrollable desires?

(Announcer grabs Stimpy, forces him closer to the button.) Can he resist the temptation to push the button that, even now, beckons him even closer? Will he succumb to the maddening urge to eradicate history? At the MERE...PUSH...of a SINGLE...BUTTON! The beeyootiful SHINY button! The jolly CANDY-LIKE button! Will he hold out, folks? CAN he hold out?

Wow - that's seriously wicked.

WinXP SP2, IE6, fully patched.  WHACK.  Blue screen.

The problem is with the height and width attributes in the img tag on that page -- they are set to 9999999. It's a nice pic of Catherine Bell, though, who BTW is also a Scientologist and is a self-described geek so she should know better than that. *Sigh*

Yeah, I grabbed the html and looked at it.  I'm surprised it blue screens though, instead of just giving a resource error.  Goes to show how tightly bound IE is to the OS.

Apparently it only affects some graphics drivers, so those that did not experience a BSOD have different drivers than those that don't have safeguards against trying to create a multi-gigabyte image.

EDIT: Just tried in IE (Opera did not show a thing), bluescreened on nVidia driver version 71.89; the message was that the driver was in an endless loop.

Heh, Safari said, "fuck you" and loaded the bitch.

Since I am on a really crappy computer at work right now, I figured I would press the link for a laugh.  It loaded just fine (well, a giant blank page).  Not even a hitch to the system.

This system is a windows 98 SE machine, IE 6, running on a very old pentium 3 (maybe 2...).  This damn thing crash's when I try to load NORMAL web pages.  Doesn't really make sense...
