I may have to buy it just so I can review it.

I don't understand people who buy off-line poker games. Get some friends and get a deck of cards. Shit, hire some homeless people for the night if you have a hard time digging up friends.

Pretty sure that was outright cancelled, so I expect this is something different.

It was revived, in some kind of different form. It also went through some different engines as well.

That is more of a simulation than a game...good piece of software for learning the game.
