Maybe someone in customs or the USPS saw what happened and nailed him on mail fruad.

What would they nail him for mail fraud on?

He called a binder a Powerbook and put a ridiculous cost on it. He didn't have to pay insurance and if he showed the emails to ANYONE they'd know someone was trying to scam him and he slammed on the brakes.

The guy dropped off the internet because he knew he'd won.

He'd reached the end of the internet.
