I probably wasn't paying attention but I didn't expect Visions to look quite like this...

Haaaaaaaaaċċċċċċċċrd pass.

Yeah, one of my friends is super excited about it and I'm just not at all impressed.

Not the world's biggest fan of anime or Star Wars. That said I can appreciate that this is an attempt to at least do something different with the IP. Even Mandalorian, which I like, has gotten a bit mired in tying into existing stories. Of course I don't know what stories they are going to tell here so maybe this will get stuck going down that route also somehow, but for now it feels like it could avoid that trap.

This looks awesome.  Star Wars is getting back to its Japanese roots.

I'm torn between 'anthology, meh' and 'anthology, at least they won't feel the need to meet half the cast of the movies'.

For me if you are doing anthology the happy medium is multi episode arcs like clone wars or old school doctor who.

Watched a couple, quite liked them. Enjoyed them more than What If certainly.

Decided to check a couple of these out, I could pretty easily tell which ones to hard pass on. The first one, in particular, was well done from a visual perspective. Lots of nice fan touches, as well. Left me wanting more of that style and story. So I guess I'm also in the 'better than What If' group.

The ninth jedi is probably my favorite, mostly because the twist actually caught me by surprise.

So good. But it's by the same studio that did Wolf Walkers, so I'm not totally surprised.

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

Sith was really good. I might watch more of their animated shows if it actually had style like that. And less dopey kids.
