The one-note joke couldn't even carry a 2 minute trailer so I'm not sure how it's going to hold up over 8 episodes. The highest profile things the creators have previously worked on is stuff like CollegeHumor and Honest Trailers and it's co-produced by Funny or Die. It's like a who's who of safe, bland internet comedy.

Like all great parodies it is also a great example of the thing it is parodying. This works on every level, the casting the acting and the plot are all top notch. Every single character, i KNEW someone exactly like that in highschool.

I felt the acting was top notch across the board. I have no idea how that guy managed to play Dylan without cracking himself up in every single scene.
