Further proof that Italians have suspect taste in games.

Guys guys guys....Unfortunately there is no demo yet, but if you like motorsports (especially F1 or indy cars) and management games (and, in this particular case, there is not a huge amount of "spreadsheeting" involved), you should really check out Motorsport Manager:

Yep, throws you back to the GP Manager era on the Amiga  Heart

Yeah, it's a recent release so there is no significant discount, yet. I've been waiting it for quite a bit because the software house behind it, during the move from the mobile to the much more complex PC desktop version, actually took an advice or two from the Football Manager guys (both published by Sega) and IMO they really published a good game, considering it's just their first attempt at a more in-depth simulation. Also, Steam workshop integration is coming soon and, similar to what happens with FM, the possibility of using real data (F1 championship real names and teams, for example).

I've messed around a bit with it and the tutorial is more than decent: moreover, you don't really need to have an engineering degree or be an ultra-passionate fan to get an idea on how to fine tune the various components of a car, or how to manage the strategy during a race. There is also a section entirely devoted to upgrading your HQ (adding wind tunnels, improving existing buildings and so on).

Anyways, there are lots of videos on YT too that you can check out, of course.

Bought it.  Played nearly 10 seasons including taking a team from the worst team in the lowest circuit to promotion to Asia.

The game is riddled with game-breaking bugs.  To the point that the bug portion of the forums had thousands of posts deleted.

I'll play it again when things get fixed.

A patch came out today (includes integration with the Steam Workshop and two-three things about AI racing):
