Collaboration of David Simon and Paul Haggis. Racism, segregation, urban dysfunction, great characters, etc. Begins this Sunday on HBO.

"The young mayor of a mid-sized city is faced with a federal court order to build a small number of low-income housing units in the white neighborhoods of his town."

There was an amazing TV series made by Paul Haggis in the late 1990s called EZ Streets, but it was cancelled as not enough people watched. If the quality of that can be combined with David Simon's quality of The Wire, this could be impossibly good.
