Rob Thomas + comic book character = disappointment. I got half way through the pilot and dropped it... and I am pretty darn patient. Anyone like it?

I like zombie stuff, but this premise was too much for me to tune in.

The previews made it seem like a comedy as well, but that sounds like a good description.
I'm sick of goddamn zombies and share schild'a wtf sentiment about the name so fuck it.

It was cute and ok. It felt pretty young though, like it was meant to be on Nickelodeon or something

I love zombies. It makes me feel as if there's a chance at life after death.
I haven't seen this but it's on the DVR. I probably won't like as Supernatural is the only show I've liked on that channel. Most of their shows are a bit too "teeny" for me.

I'm sick of zombies, but I kind of liked this. It was funny and a bit sweet and a decent premise. I think if you didn't like Veronica Mars you won't like this: it's kind of Zombie Veronica Mars.

If you like Supernatural, Flash and Arrow are worth a glance. I consider both different, but relatable, to Supernatural - and better.

I'll do that. At one time I had tried to get interested in some of their shows but they didn't take. I didn't try either of those, though.

Flash and Arrow are not as good as Supernatural. They are, however, as good as Smallville.
Supernatural is better than it should be.
Because Castiel.

And Crowley. I never watched Smallville, at least not on purpose. My sister used to watch it and I've seen a few episodes. I didn't like it.

As much as I love Supernatural, it's been really running on fumes the last couple seasons.

Not gonna disagree. But the Leviathan season was so good that it's hard to care.

Smallville got way better as it went on. Especially once they got out of high school. I mean it had 10 seasons, it must have done something right. Also without Smallville we would probably never had Arrow and Flash.

Smallville gave us Kristin Kreuk, that was enough.

I don't know who Kristin Kreuk is so I looked it up and it seems to be just some girl.

Well, the Veronica Mars connection convinced me to at least give it a chance, and I have to say the only really dumb thing about it is the title. I hope that doesn't kill it, because I really like this.

I agree with you. It was a decent show. I looked up the comic it is based on and the only thing they have in common is a zombie girl and the name of the comic. They pretty much changed everything else. The backstory for her character was like 5 minutes of the episode and jumped very quickly to her being a zombie and eating brains. I like that she may not always be able to control herself and has no control over her visions at all. The way they did the kleptomania was awesome especially because she was stealing blood colored items.

I just watched the first two episodes and think that's a good comparison, with a little bit of Dead Like Me added in. I liked it so far, it's better than average objectively and I liked it a lot personally. I really like the comic as well, though it really took a turn into WTFland towards the end. The show and the comic really had nothing in common other than "zombie" though. The worst thing about the show for me is that the main character looks way too much like Amy Poehler and I mentally turn her into Amy Poehler as I watch the show.

This show has Sark in it which basically guarantees I'll watch.
That makes my weekly TV viewing up to 4 hours of CW shows. Not sure how I feel about that.

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something. We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail
