I suspect Schild was more talking about the stats, which appear to be rather awesome for that particular item.

Damn dude, those are some great gloves.

Shame they don't do anything for Fetish Poison Dart build except add to your own ATS.

That's the last piece I need for my non-season Witch Doctor.  They've continued to elude me for a long time.  Heartbreak

Got a good Carnevil. I need to get my attack speed up MOAR.

Is there a better Carnevil build that just swapping out my helmet and shooting darts?

I'm not a power-player, but Reddit hasn't led me wrong so far on D3. I was using that guide on my non-season WD and even without all the pieces it was melting things. I can't imagine what it's like with all the gear slots filled properly.

I like this structure for a game like Diablo.

I hate that nearly every good set is being completely reworked to be... better?

I'm with you on that.  I didn't think I would enjoy rerolling as much as I did.  It really reminded me of playing hardcore D2 back in the day and it was the live/die/repeat that I enjoyed more than getting the perfect roll on an item.

With these slightly faster seasons, you can take a char and fully kit them out.  Then you hit the loot-upgrade fun-wall of "well, everything is awesome except for one piece and two stats", so you start a new char but with twink items.  By the time your second run through hits the wall, new season starts!

Re: the patch, new sets are always better.  Just wish they'd add way more game changing legends.  New season has like...1 new legendary per character.  That's stupid.  It should be like 24+ new legendaries everytime.

What I'd really like is for them to stop tweaking what's already in the game. If they want to make something better, add something new.

Yeah, I think that would be a better solution.  Changing stuff too much causes a lot of disruption.

Uh, I'm sure this is answered somewhere, but if someone invites me to Malthius in the campaign is that good enough to unlock adventure mode? Merging my HC guy into non-season locked me out of adventure and I don't want to slog through that shit.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that works.  If you need some help trying it just let me know (Drevik).

How the heck does that happen?  I thought everything you had unlocked on a seasonal character was suposed to carry over with him to the non seasonal side when they rolled the season over?

Originally you had to complete the story before adventure mode unlocked, but for seasons adventure is unlocked for free. So my seasonal characters never did the story. I haven't lost any progress; I just don't have free access to adventure anymore.
