Given Seattle's tech community I don't think it's actually going to be that hard to find someone to qualify locally.

I wonder what they're using PERL and regular expressions for.  Interesting.  I'd love to know what's going on there.  I mean, most use them sparingly but to call them on line seven means they're most likely actually using them.

I know a handful of people that fit these credentials, except for the caveat that none of them play Magic.  Which seems like a pretty important thing to have experience with.

I've heard secondhand that their pay is impressively terrible (even for the gamesdev industry).

Their pay is shit, the job will blow, and the game is programmed by chuckleheads. But hey, Wizards. Its about the JOB, not the job.
