Alliances and Corps of Eve

Is there a way to get a list of all the alliances and corps in Eve?  The only ones I'm aware of so far are Goonswarm Federation, FCON, and Test Alliance Please Ignore.  How many other alliances exist in nullsec or have wars pretty much whittled it down so much to where their isn't really any competition in the game anymore?  From what I've picked up from other threads it seems like there really isn't much active sovereignty warring going on anymore.
