Getting tickets, reservations, getting places, seeing the stuff you want to. It's just... too much now. And it sounds like it's just getting worse and worse. You used to be able to go on Preview Night and see everything, but now it's just as crowded on Preview Night as it is on Saturday. |

While people probably won't pay high prices locally (I don't ebay stuff), this is the sort of stuff that can put you into trade fodder for years. Accruing value in Magic is an iterative process with completely marginal gains. But it's also a hobby of mine, so eh, whatever.

There will be an exclusive box set for sale at the Hasbro Toy Shop booth (#3329) available for $65 (tax included). After the event a limited number will be put up for sale on the Hasbro Toy Shop website for $59.99 plus tax. I would buy up to 5 of these at the $65 price if people want to do me the solid. Would also, obviously, accept donations (haha, seriously though). Anyway, if you're going and can get ahold of them, PM me. I'll be back in touch quickly about whether or not to pick them up. I'm the SD airport atm. Spent week working in so cal Cal. Woke up this morning a bit hungover at the Chula Vista Holiday Inn. Walked down to breakfast and had a serious wtf moment when I saw people dressed up, then I remembered the Con.
