Group loot - rolling on a "bind on pick-up" item now brings up a confirmation dialog Awwwwwww. That's gonna break UI mods like a motherfucker. Now, this doesn't come from WoW hate, but an absolutely honest question, so I'd like at least someone to answer it straightly. With that short list of stuff, which while cool - and would almost make me resub to pvp on bgs - how long will it take? And do they, Blizzard, notice that their IN DEV page has less than half of what a CoH Issue brings or a single EQ2 patch? And if you think they do notice that, why aren't they chucking more and more people at the live dev team? It seems as though they should be making enough money to hire a near infinite number of programmers, designers, and artists.

That page has three different sections -- "New Features", "Currently in Development", and "On the Horizon". Based on their current rate of patching I would estimate that the stuff in New Features will be in in about a month or two, Currently in Development in 3 to 4 months, and On the Horizon 6 months to a year. Also note that that page only lists some highlights, it's not an exhaustive list of everything that's coming down the pike.

I'm too busy casually progressing through the levels at it is. I haven't lifted my head to ask "Excuse me sir. Can I have some more please?" So, I ignore most of this. I do recognize from the complaining of others that they need to start patching in more content, but I haven't been affected yet.
I'll hit 60 in a few weeks though on my main if I don't totally move over to my new Priest. (LvL 15)

Infinite number of programmers, etcetera - rarely helps. They may be dealing with matters as best as they can. Better liason would go a long way towards setting customer expectations appropriately, however.

But concede Blizzard's incompetence at project management with respect to time frames and gant charts. I like chat bubbles though - really nice touch.

I like this change as it has put an end to alot of the whinging that was going on in the class forums. Now there is new and improved whinging, yay!
- Warriors are pissed because the only change listed for them is one they already knew about and is infact OMGOMG a bug fix. And mages get a new spell and they already own warriors all the damn time and thrice on tuesdays. Plus the druid changes listed are much much more powerful and undeserving to boot. - Priests are pissed because the only change mentioned is one that is semi-reversing a previous change (even if it is one they bitched and bitched to get... it's only important if you're not getting it, obviously) and OMGWTF mages get a new spell and they don't. - Mages are pissed because the new spell will probably make them choose between it and ice armour and OMGBLIZHATESUS will still not make spirit a primary stat for 1v1 PVP and thus warlocks still get the better 1v1 class set. And they know all that without having seen it. - Druids are mostly happy but one or two people are so maddened by the lack of changes besides the one that seeks to drastically alter the power of 1/3rd of their class that they are not going to play their druid or something. Oh and mages get a new spell, which is a tradgedy... naturally. - Warlocks... OMG WE WERE LIKE 2ND NOW NOTHING IS THERE WHY LIE TO ME!?!? I NEED VALIDATION QUICKLY PLEASE HOLD ME!!1! They are too busy being introspective to have not gotten around to complaining about the new mage spell.
Everyone else seems to be trucking along fine, but they do hope that you can toggle chat bubbles. Which you can.
I don't know what drove me to read all of the drivel posted about this. I think I'll go drown myself in the sink now.

I would also imagine a ton of tweaks and fixes to the skill and talents existing. Granted, we probably won't see this patch until April anyways. I do enjoy "WHY FOR GOD FORSAKEN US!" posts.

I am a little confused. They stated awhile back that warriors and warlocks were undergoing some boosts and it would be in the next patch. Two or three patches later, they are all "so, what's this about warrior and warlocks again?"

I haven't seen their page yet, but sometimes being pithy is an asset. As far as the dev teams go, larger doesn't = better. At some point, adding more people to a project has diminishing returns.

I just want the warrior defensive talents fixed and/or changed. Some/most of them are completely worthless. Also, I'd like to see more of an effort put into arms, which I believe is the best solo/grp spec for warriors. Fury is only good solo.

What the hell are Hero Classes?
They were supposed to be the high end game catass-to-jedi style that gave you extra spells and respect. Basically, your chosen class + race would determine a choosing from 2-3 hero classes, then you would work your way to them. Most of these hero classes would be taken directly from WC3 (Witch Doctor, Priestess of the Moon, Tauren Chieftan, etc.) as well as new made up ones. I really wouldn't worry about it. It's on the 'horizon', so not till next year at least.
