I expect it's the cheapest way to add significant storage, if inconvenient. No use for everything account or soul bound. But do you get to use mail for a change, so all your characters can "bank" and receive items from anywhere. And double your character slots. Equivalent to just two months of the $15 subscription you haven't been paying. |
