Ernest Borginine dies at age 95

I didn't realize he was an Oscar winner.  All I ever knew him from was Air Wolf and McHale's Navy when I was young.  I didn't see the Dirty Dozen until about 13 years ago.

I remember him as Cabbie in Escape From New York.  Didn't know he won an Oscar, either.

I'll always remember him for his awesome interview when asked why he thought he was doing so well at such an age and he said, "I masterbate a lot."

You would have liked it even more if he said he masturbated furiously.

I'll always remember the inspired death scene in The Vikings. I don't care if it's cheesy, I love that movie. Hail Ragnar.

'Marty' was such a quirky role.  Always made me wonder how much he actually acted for it.  I will always remember him in the Poseidon Adventure.  Saw that in the theater when I was a kid!

Probably his worst movie? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0174917/

Although he doesn't really have anything to do with the badness.

You misspelled "best," Ingmar.

(That MST3K episode is totally one of my favorites.)
