I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing it doesn't matter since neither barber shop nor plastic surgeon cost real life money, only in-game money. It would be nice if they remember to make them available at the character creation screen, but who knows.

I suck at outfitting my toon.  I've spent hours trying to do it right and still come up with disappointment.  I should just let my daughter do it for me.  She loves that stuff anyway.

Please do that and post a ss of the result. Along with your best efforts of course.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.

This. The only thing I've changed from my original "I'm a poor hipster look" is her coat.

I've been using my faction outfits.  I like what I started with enough that I've had no need to change their 'casual' clothes.

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

I've been slowly refining my grubby goth.  I don't like the gothica outfit they have on the store, my guy is kinda homeless and strung out.

Any must gets for a fellow Secret Worlder?

I like the dark blue Double breasted trench and some classy boots... but there's just so much to OWN!

Men's dress shirts are store-only (or were when I played) so you might want some of those if you don't have any. I couldn't find anything else that looked decent under a suit.

Some of the outfits have pretty nice pieces. The good thing is they are not multi-slot (you get every item separately) so e.g. if you like the Wiccanista cloak you can mix and match it with other items.

What else is nice (all female):

Double-breasted trenchcoat - you mentioned that already

J-pop shirt and jackets- a shirt and jacket combo that is actually just a single piece. Think those are the only items of that kind.

Dragon Jacket - I think they are very nifty and the logo is very low-key, in case you don't want to be a walking dragon-billboard.

Kilt-skirt - Sadly the only knee length skirts in the game right now. All others are more clubwear like and not something one would wear at the office.

Rabbit slippers, pink - Mandatory for all players, regardless of gender.

I think Funcom should give me some free points seeing as how you started playing with the buddy key I sent you. Grin

Are the item store items available for trial from Pandora's?

No. Open the item store, click the item and there will be a preview button in the store. The preview shows on your live character so you need to move the store window (don't close, more annoying to get back to where you were) and then look at your live char.

Love those SMGs, I may have to remodel my next guns to that skin.  Going to work towards Paladin for the clothing unlock.

Valesha, before heading off to Egypt, although nothing has changed now that she's there.  Outfit has nothing rare or unusual, but I'm pretty happy with the look.

Build-wise she's becoming quite the druid.  ACK!  A little dps, a little healing, a little aoe, a little debuffing.  Jack of all trades, master of none.

Yes, I know I'm paranoid, but am I paranoid enough?
