Well, I am nuts for clothing and customization. I am sure there's only that much you can do with the clothing options available at the moment, but it's in Funcom's interest to keep the real money store up to date with new stuff, so an outfit Share & Showoff thread is in order.

I'll start with the one I am the more satisfied with so far. I actually love it.

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

Still too lazy to get a pair in white.

All submissions are irrelavant without Pink Bunny Slippers being worn imo. Even when they cost $3-5 (I don't recall exact amount atm) they are worth every penny awesome, for real

I'll see if I can come up with a decent outfit with bunny slippers later tonight (thanks to fake Funcom money I've been granted for some unknown reason. I am not ready to spend real money on digital clothes yet), but I honestly doubt it.

If you beta tested and pre-ordered by a certain point you got the equivalent of what you spent on your pre-order in fake points

Wearing black makes you look edgy and dangerous:

I'm doing the roleplaying thing and my friend put together a guild where we are supposed to be a sinister law firm (he hates all things Whedon so he's not intentionally ripping off Angel). I've tried to make a character who looks like he works in an office and also like he just might be a trained killer.

Apparently you can unlock different coats by completely training the inner circle of a weapon.  This works in the training room so you can do all of them at once.

Yeah, if you have patience to save up enough points for entire inner part of weapon skillset without spending them on anything, when in the training room can buy them and then use refund to get both the outfit and your points back; rinse, repeat.

How does one train up that many points in the training room?

You keep gaining skill points in game until you have large number saved up (like 30-odd in this case would be needed iirc) and then you go to the training room, and keep purchasing skills from the skill wheel. As long as you have points left after the purchase, you can keep buying more and advance down the skillset lines. Any skill bought in the training room you can get refund on until you leave the room -- easiest way is to refund the first skill you bought while in there, it will lock the skill again and give you back points it costed to unlock, and it'll do the same automatically for all skills also bought in the training room, that have that particular skill as pre-requisite.

I like Tressa's style.

Here's some extravaganza with my newly acquired hammer-inner-cell-reward coat/harness.

I am not sure what that reminds me of...Mad Max? Escape from New York? Conan stories? Very tough looking in any case.

Are these toons dark elves or is the black skin color really that purple?

There's some dark skin tones which have reddish tint like that, and others which are less saturated. There's also some blazing fires in that particular spot of the map iirc, could be affecting appearance to some degree -- compare with screenshot few posts up.

Just though this ensemble worked best with the harness. I don't like going crazy with colors since I'm colorblind.   awesome, for real

The shotgun trenchcoat + preorder shirt work rather well together too.

There was funny bug in beta that made game render your arms completely invisible if you paired that harness with sports bra. Dunno if it's still in.

Yeah, skin it's not purple. It's the oversaturation of the "hell" area. Which is awesome.

Torn only because GW2 is out in like 50 days and I know I will be playing that, seems kind of pointless to play this one for a month and a half when I know I will quit anyhow
