... you may want to check your passwords and credit card statements because Cryptic got hacked two years ago and are just now finding out about it. Passwords and personal data are probably long gone, and potentially a sizable portion of your credit card info as well.

Thankfully I never subbed, but the notice was a little disturbing.  It didn't help that earlier this week I got a notice that someone in Japan tried to log into my mostly dormant Facebook account.

It's ok, they didn't have much anyway.
Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

My CC has been replaced at least 3 times since then.  Fucking random hotel shops have caused me more grief than the internet has.

My lack of faith in cryptic receives more support. Not that I ever gave them a credit card or used a password shared with something I care about.
