The points for each correct pick double each round.  Seed in () to help you with home field determination.

AFC:
Bengals (6) @ Texans (3), 4:30 EST Saturday
Steelers (5) @ Broncos (4), 4:30 EST Sunday

Patriots (1) and Ravens (2) on Bye

NFC:
Lions (6) @ Saints (3), 8:00 EST Saturday
Falcons(5) @ Giants (4), 1:00 EST Sunday

Packers (1) and 49ers (2) on Bye

So this is like a do-over from when I picked the Chargers to win the Super Bowl before the season started?  awesome, for real

AFC
Bengals @ Texans - I'd feel a lot better about this pick of the Texans had a QB, but when in doubt just stick with the home team.
Steelers @ Broncos - Lolz

Texans @ Ravens - I don't see a Schaub-less Texans doing much against the Ravens.
Steelers @ Patriots - Pat's defense is just terrible.

Steelers @ Ravens - Ravens have already proven they can beat the Steelers, and they're the home team.

NFC
Lions @ Saints - I'd have picked the Lions if they had been playing the Falcons or Giants, but they draw the Saints.  As awesome as Megatron is, Saints playoff experience and the home field beats the newbies.
Falcons @ Giants - I don't think either team is especially good, so I'll go with JPP.

Saints @ 49ers - Tough pick, but as good as that defense is I think Brees can move the ball on the 49ers.
Giants @ Packers -  Yeah, right.

Saints @ Packers - If this were in a dome I might be tempted to actually pick the Saints since I think the Packers defense can be exposed, but this is Lambeau in the dead of winter.

Super Bowl
Ravens vs Packers - No matter how good the defense is you can only slow down the Packers, not stop them completely.  Even though Ray Rice is awesome, I don't think the Ravens have enough on O to keep up.

Over and out.

AFC:
Bengals (6) @ Texans (3) - This will be a defensive struggle, but I think the Texans run game and pass rush will win out, especially if Delhomme plays QB.
Steelers (5) @ Broncos (4) - Tebow gets to see what life against a REAL defense is like.

Patriots vs. Steelers - As banged up as the Steelers are, I don't think they can handle Brady.

Ravens vs. Texans - Ravens home-field advantage and Texans lack of a QB will make this an ugly game.

Patriots vs. Ravens - I think the Ravens go into Foxboro and take care of business despite being TERRIBLE on the road.

NFC:
Lions (6) @ Saints (3) - This game could easily have 100 points scored between the two, but the Saints win it.
Falcons(5) @ Giants (4) - Hardest game of the first round to pick. Depends totally on which of 4 teams shows up. I think the Falcons get disappointed again as the Giants may be getting hot and have a better pass rush.

Saints vs. 49ers - This will be an epic game, but I think playoff experience and Drew Brees will edge it out.
Giants vs. Packers - Lots of Eli face in the dead of Lambeau winter.

Saints vs. Packers - We've seen this story before. Packers win. Again. As bad as their defense has been, it's better than the Saints defense.

Super Bowl
Ravens vs. Packers - Packers all the way.

Packers always go to Super Bowls in pairs.

They also have played a different franchise in each Super Bowl which means it cannot be New England, Denver, or Pittsburgh.

Thus it will be Baltimore vs Green Bay in the bowl.

I am not going to say who wins.

AFC:

I have a hard time seeing the seeds being that wrong.  Top seed wins all the way to the Superbowl

Texans, Steelers
Ravens, Patriots
Patriots

NFC:

This is where the upsets happen, although not right away.

Saints, Giants
Packers roll the Giants, 49ers stun the Saints
49ers stun the Packers

Superbowl:
49ers in a huge West Coast upset.

AFC:
Bengals (6) @ Texans (3) - Texans due to the home field
Steelers (5) @ Broncos (4) - Steelers due to the Broncos

Steelers(5) @ Patriots (1) - Steelers have a D, Pats don't.
Texans(3) @ Ravens (2) - Ravens should win assuming Flacco doesn't go off the rails.

Steelers(5) @ Ravens(2) - Chance that Big Ben might be healthy at this point. Steelers.

NFC:
Lions (6) @ Saints (3) - Saints at home, it's impossible for me not to take them.
Falcons(5) @ Giants (4) - It's possible that the Falcons on still the biggest fraud in the NFL.

Giants(4) @ Packers (1) - It would take a miracle for the Giants. Pack all the way at home.
Saints(3) @ 49ers (2) - I sense an "upset" in that the 49ers D is really good.

49ers(2) @ Packers(1) - It's all sunshine and rainbows until you end up in Lambeau in January. Pack.

Super Bowl:

Steelers v. Pack - Game's in Indy indoors. Normally I'd say that favors the passing team, but shockingly the Packers score less indoors. I'm going Steelers in the upset.

AFC:
Bengals (6) @ Texans (3) Texans win.

Steelers (5) @ Broncos (4) Are we kidding ourselves with this one?  If you spot Tebow 6 points in this game, they'll probably end up with just the 6 points.  Maybe only 3, somehow.

Ravens over the Texans.

Patriots over the Steelers

Ravens over the Patriots.  No, really!

NFC:
Lions (6) @ Saints (3) Saints will put up too much offense.
Falcons(5) @ Giants (4) Giants will pull another rabbit out of the hat.  Atlanta is to boring to want to see in the playoffs anyway.

Saints will squeak pass the 49ers.  Tempted to give the Niners the upset, but I can't quite see it.

Packers over the Giants.  Will be a 70 point affair.

Packers over Saints in an epic one.

Super Bowl:  I called the repeat earlier this season, so I will stick with that.  Packers over the Ravens.

There are really a lot of potentially amazing games this post season.  I could easily see this all playing out quite differently.

So far, unanimity for Texans and Steelers this weekend.  If the Steelers lose, only Paelos is fucked, though.

Only Azuredream has the Ravens losing their first post-season game.  That would cripple 3 of you.

I am screwed if the 49ers lose early.  Paelos could survive that loss as long as the Steelers and Packers make it to Indiana.

All in all a good balance so far.

If the 49ers change their names to the 48ers right before winning the Super Bowl Trippy is going to look like a fucking genius.

So, it is clear that most of the group is out.  Up to this point, Trippy has 10 points, calling all 4 Divisional victors.

Trippy victory conditions: 49ers beat Ravens, Ravens win, Giants beat Ravens.  His odds look pretty good.

shiznitz victory conditions: 49ers beat Pats.

Ghost victory conditions: Pats win, Giants beat Pats.

I think that covers all possible combinations.
