Well, it's been a year now! And seriously, fuck you 2012. Just wanted to post an update, Angie is doing better...no relapses and complications in the 9+ months. Some feeling back in her legs and feet...She is walking with the help of a walker. Still only maybe 100 feet at a time, but it's something! She has returned to work, part time, and is trying to get her license back so she can help me out (I drive everywhere). She will most likely need hand controls, for now, though. Not sure why, but I was just reading the grief title thread and I was thankful for this place. Hope you all have a great 2013, and thanks to schild and the gang for my little internet home here. And thanks to all of you for helping me out...I meant to send some personalized thank yous but I basically don't have time or energy to wipe my ass most days. Just know it's appreciated.  A Happy and safe New Years to you and yours. |
