Now I know why people kept telling me to smile in my Movember pictures. The moustache makes you look like a killer without smiling.

Smiling takes away from the killer but turns it into a pedophile.

These guys need to work on how they word things. When you click on the donation button the wording makes it look like they are donating to the person, not to the organization.

And I was heading to bed. Good luck sleeping after that picture... why so serious?

I'm not sure if I'm outgrowing you as you suffer from the same problem as I do: Blonde facial hair.

Pfft, mine looks exactly the same. It's just that I look younger people make that claim. Same reason people say I can't grow facial hair. Boggles my mind.

If you look at my picture in the "Follicular foibles" thread I can grow a pretty good, dark chin beard but my moustache is just plain broken.

All hair around my mouth looks the same. Sideburns and cheeks? Dirty looking. I could probably grow some serious mutton chops if I wanted to.

I sent out an email soliciting donations to a bunch of people including friends and a few colleagues. My 70 year old mother in law then took it upon herself to Reply All saying how the stache made me look like a sexy Zorro.  This will not end well.

Now you just need a the beater to go along with it.

Mine has turned gradient on me going from dark to light as it moves out from under my nose. It looks so weird.

Good job!   Yahoo!

Seriously, I was thinking we would be lucky to hit $1000, but we're powering our way to $2000.

Friend I met during my commutes to work when I used to live far away just donated $100. The email he sent explaining why had me all teary eyed at work. Damn charity!

Edit: Girlfriend turned to me last night and admitted she liked the 'stache. Even asked if I would consider keeping it after the month is over. Was also hoping for suggestions to try and wrangle some F13 posters into donating. Ideas?

I think I have more on Hitler than creepy French waiter.

I'm told on a daily basis that December 1 is D-day.  We may go to the gala up in Austin though, since I got free tix.  Then I'll get to keep it one more day....
