This is the show that follows Dexter on Showtime. It's good. Way better than Dexter.

The seasons finale was Sunday. Nobody watching this? It's good!

It really is good. The final was the most tense 90 minutes or so of TV I can remember. Really good performances from Claire Danes and Damian Lewis. It's a bit like 24 when 24 was good, except better than that.

I like Mandy Patinkin. I liked him in this. Nice to see him slip into the shoes he wore for the first, and only watchable, season of Criminal Minds. Claire Danes is just... not good. Also, she's ugly when she's crazy and that's just depressing. The casting for everyone else was like "let's find a bunch of people that couldn't quite cut it for a JJ Abrams joint and put them in roles that will unfold in a way JJ Abrams would've preferred but without 1/10th the actual suspense."
Ending of the series finale lacked balls. I wanted them to go the distance, they didn't. Feels like they're forcing another season.
And fuck, the music on Homeland. Goddamn. So bad.
In Treatment / BeTipul should have been the first and last Israeli show we copped and transformed into our own as it was a fucking masterpiece.
Fake Edit: The children on this show, particularly the daughter were just abysmal. Get them off my fucking TV.

I enjoyed it, but I had several problems that may keep me from watching a second season.

I just finished watching this. It was a pretty good show, but I have to say the ending lacked... something. Not sure if it needs balls, but they left it too wide open. And now the main character is fucked. Outside the daughter, I thought most of the acting was good.

It's because they didn't go the distance. I found myself wondering how they were going to go through with it and then maintain the story for another season, apparently not doing it was the answer to this. Now that Claire Danes has a Golden Globe this thing is going to go on for too many seasons.

Sweet fuck this show is amazing.
Last episode had me edge of the seat just watching two people talk.

Best show on TV by far imo.

It smells like a possible turning point for Saul. Let's see how it goes.

Anyone who gave up on this show, you might want to reconsider. The last episode of season 2 is ... quite good.

Why don't you try our other games?

I just watched both seasons - very much like this show. Looking forward to next season.

Arise!
Anyone watching Season 4? This season seems a bit better paced than last year, and gets back to the "roots" better...watching Claire Daines try to unravel a mystery.
She and Mandy Patenkin have a good rapport on screen: I like that they both exchange a lot of "dialog" without saying anything directly.

Is there a legit, preferably streaming, way for me to watch this show without having Showtime?

I traded in my fun blog for several legal blogs. Or, "blawgs," as the cutesy attorney blawgosphere likes to call 'em.

It's good drama and I'm enjoying it, but its portrayal of Islamabad is farcical. The show's version of the city is an entirely imaginary thing, playing up to American fears and stereotypes.
