The developers are complete wankers too. Between the vaseline-smothered art style, the hostile community, the developers originally from that hostile community, and the unfriendly gameplay mechanics - HoN has a lot going for it. |

Between the vaseline-smothered art style, the hostile community, the developers originally from that hostile community, and the unfriendly gameplay mechanics - HoN has a lot going for it. Your first link's been nuked, but I read enough of the thread to see what it's about. The tl;dr is that one of S2's staff who seems to be a bit of a bigwig, was called out on using racial slurs in a game, and likely abused privilege to tempban the person he was insulting.Ah, you can still read the first page. Yeah it's just an archived copy of the first page, the actual thread was deleted. The racist comments (and the rage ban for the OP) were from the CEO of S2 Games. It's the new brown.

Eh, I really liked Savage 2. *Shrug* As for all that other stuff, wow. I have not tried this title, but its apparently part of the LoL, DOTA style of games.
