Seems like a pretty good deal for $99 as it includes a pre-order for Space Marine ($50), all the DLC for Retribution, and they're allowing you to give extra copies of things away.
The giving extra copies away thing in a way makes this deal worth it. I did it awhile back on a sale, had a couple friends I knew wanted the game. Felt nice being able to gift it to them and play some co-op.
edit: pity, they aren't offering the Last Stand standalone as part of this, which "makes sense" because it is included in DoW II, but from a marketing point of view, I would think they would be better off having that as part of the deal, allowing people to gift it out randomly to friends. Would hook in alot of potential customers I'd think.

FU Relic. The Aussie version doesn't allow gifting of the original game and is USD179-00 for the pack - and the Aussy $ is still stronger than its US counterpart.
No Space Marine for me but I did pick up Chaos Rising and Retribution for 7 bucks each - since then the Aussie prices went up.
