My only question here is : Where in the Fast and the Furious timeline does this movie fit?
Han is dead by the end of Tokyo Drift, so it cant be after that, since is am pretty sure the asian guy is Han.
I am guessing it goes somewhere between Fast and Furious (4?) and Tokyo Drift (3)?

Yes, it's after 4 but before 3.

Christ why? I tried to watch 4 because I enjoyed the first but fuck it, I couldn't get 30 minutes into it. It was awful. The trailer for 3 actually made me a less intelligent human being.

Come on, I'd watch the last two minutes of three. Just to wonder how much Viin got paid for that one line.

So the wife dragged me to this today...
They made a decent Ocean's whatever movie.
The ending set-piece was a little hokey, but still enjoyable. They telegraphed a bit too much for my liking at the end. I'm trying to think where the movie dragged and I'm pretty sure, it if did it was over so quick and on to more action, it was quickly forgotten.
It was definitely the best of the sequels.
The "Marvel Movie" show some credits then show something that teases you at the end, was also fun.
Actually fun might be the best way to describe the whole thing.

Yep. this was definitely a fun movie. I like that they moved away from the whole street racing theme and made a pretty awesome heist movie. Just leave your belief in gravity at the door.

Also, try not to ask how you race around downtown Rio towing and flipping a giant metal cube, and magically never get your tow cables twisted.

This is playing at the drive-ins near my house with Bridesmaids (which I actually want to see). It sounds like this might be worth staying for? Haven't seen any of the others because they looked so fucking stupid.

I think you should be fine just seeing this one, the only other watchable ones are 1 and 4, 2 and 3 are balls.

Haha not really, other than a little bit of the character backstories, this movie is really different in tone then the others.

You might miss some of the warm fuzzies from the appearances of some characters. But yea, it's still a pretty good movie on it's own.

My favorite thing about these movies is parking near the theater and watching the cops hand out tickets like they are candy.

Just caught up to watching this. Was goofy fun and a pretty good heist/action flick. Newton (i.e. his laws) definitely takes a beating though.
