Howling Plateau: Whirlwind of Doooooom

So, I did that quest that has you banish these "" elites underneath a semipermanent air rift, then close the rift.  My question is, what happens if you farm these things?  Anyone ever tried?  There's about 10 of them walking slowly around the center altar... should be singularly kitable if needed.  If someone still has the quest they can be banished if things get too hot.

What say you??  Anyone wanna group up and try this?  Might be some phat lootz in there.

no xp, no drops... purely a make-believe hard-to-do mini-rift quest thing

There was a quest in droughtlands that had you kill elite bugs after depowering them, but they still gave full elite exp.  That was a good one to farm.
