Shit like this is why I hate Riot's current philosophy of constantly patching shit before people have a time to play with the game and find strats and builds to break the game. This is from the open free entry $100 for the winner every Sunday tournaments that feed into a $500 to the winner monthly that just started up this month I believe.

The story on the WW's poor last hitting is that he plays from Norway with 200ms and he admits he's not any good at last hitting to begin with.
