Nah! It's just how you become when you consume trunkloads (in case of Charlie Sheen that's literally trunkloads) of Cocaine and other drugs. Paranoia and delusions of grandeur are basically a given when you consume that much cocaine.

2) He's doing some kind of designer drug that nobody knows how to test for.
3) He's got a brain tumor.
Nobody acts like that unless they are high or seriously brain-damaged.
