Silly. Also, some of the names of the grey trash items are great. These ghouls in Gloamwood drop 'Crystallized Regret'.

But that Captain's salami tray was tight, yo. You plump for the roast pork loin, dogg?

It's a pun on Trader Joe's. He's hiding in a ditch along the shore of a beach.

The grey items thing is more of a humorous aside than an easter egg.

This is not an Easter Egg, but it's funny and I liked it enough to take a screenshot of it.

There's lots of silliness here and there without making the whole game a joke. I like it.

In Silverwood there is some sort of Bogling (think murlocs) merchant deep in their territory who will sell you mudder's milk.  DRILLING AND MANLINESS

There are merchants in other "enemy" environs in Silverwood. One in The Hedgewood Court, one inside the Aelfwar Keep (Overwatch Keep), one in the Marsh, as you said. I was disappointed the items they sold were just "plain stuff" but glad they are useful for dumping trash loot.

On the defiant side, there's a Bill and Ted reference, where you walk by a defiant canonfodder guy and he looks at you and says, "go future us's"

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

I hardly suppose it's an easter egg since everyone who actually plays must know about it, but out of curiosity I looked up the racial dance emotes on youtube and I found what can only be described as a thing of delight.

Looks like a spider and then in the corner there's a tiny person jumping.  4438,3205 in scarlet gorge.... found another at 4426,3303... recurring theme?

Edit #3:  Shortly afterward I found a quest to find rock paintings :P   Hey... it's still a funny painting.

There's a "Cohen Barbarus" in Granite Falls, plus one of the vendors sells a 'Glossy Granite Tomahawk".
