So there's this thing called Sifteo. It's apparently a set of three to six wireless boxes that allow you to play casual games in conjunction with your computer (which it seems is running the software and sending data to said boxes).

The boxes sense motion and know which way they're facing, so you can do some interesting stuff with their games. Bejeweled/puzzle style games allow you to shake and swap and sort the boxes to make bigger sets of colors/shapes, an exploring/maze game requires you to move the boxes about as you explore/flee monsters, word games let you rearrange the boxes like scrabble tiles, etc.

It looks kinda nifty. Of course, it is in a paid beta  awesome, for real which is currently "sold out."
