The story wasn't all that interesting to me, but the first comment shown below it was   

I predict it will happen. Once we opened the door to unprecedented immorality with legalizing homosexuality, soon domestic partner benefits were offered at work - it's OK to tell everyone, even though you can't preach religion at work because that's considered inappropriate. Eventually these hotels will open, just as eventually relations with animals and incest will be legalized. It's rather ironic how as we slip further and further into depravity, things which are allowed in the bible, such as poligamy and marriage with minors, have more and more of a stigma attached (my ancestors were 13 or 14 when they were married). When it comes to sexuality you can be sure that if the law and society allows it, G-d doesn't, and if the law doesn't allow it or society condemns it, G-d doesn't mind it.

My guess is they take your credit card before you check in, no charge if you perform, charge if you don't. Or the whole thing is an attempt at some publicity.
