Basically what changed from what was up here earlier:
- no remake for Evelynn yet, just slight buff

Lux, the Lady of Luminosity

    * Light Binding: Fires a ball of light towards a target location, binding the units hit. The units take magic damage. Can hit up to two targets with the second target receiving a reduced effect.
    * Prismatic Barrier: Lux throws her wand and bends the light around any friendly target it touches, protecting them from enemy damage.
    * Lucent Singularity: Creates a zone that slows enemy units (zone lasts 5 seconds). Can be detonated to deal magic damage to enemies in the area.
    * Finales Funkln (Ultimate): After a short delay, Lux fires a beam of light in front of her dealing damage to all enemy units in the area.
    * Illumination (Passive): Lux's damaging spells illuminate the target for 6 seconds. Lux's next attack ignites the debuff, dealing magic damage to the target.


Anivia

    * Health per level increased to 70 from 65
    * Base damage increased to 48 from 45


Amumu

    * Bandage Toss cooldown reduced to 16/14/12/10/8 from 18/16/14/12/10

    * Determined Killer (passive) tooltip clarified to explain it does not work on neutral minions.

    * Fixed a bug with Shadow Walk where you could stun towers
    * Fixed a bug with Shadow Walk where autoattacking would break stealth even if the attack was canceled
    * Ravage no longer has back facing requirement in order to gain the extra effect
    * Malice and Spite lifegain changed to a flat 350/500/650 upon kill or assist
    * Malice and Spite's active now has a 90 second cooldown and refreshes whenever an enemy champion dies
    * Stats
          o Base health increased to 500 from 475
          o Health per level increased from 86 to 76
          o Mana regen per level increased to 0.4 from 0.25
          o Base mana regen increased to 5 from 3.85.
    * Additional note: these changes do not represent the final remake on Evelynn. These are simple usability fixes for her current design.


Ezreal

    * Essence Flux ability power ratio increased to .7 from .6
    * Trueshot Barrage abiilty power ratio increased to .8 from .7


Fiddlesticks

    * Drain cooldown reduced to 10 from 12
    * Drain mana Cost reduced to 80/95/110/125/140 from 80/100/120/140/160
    * Dark Wind cooldown reduced to 14 from 15


Galio

    * Righteous Gust mana cost increased to 80/85/90/95/100 from 70/75/80/85/90

Wow lots of changes, almost too many in one patch.  Lots of Ryze changes, lots of Teemo changes, and is it possible...that Eve will no longer be the universal worst champion in the game?  She seems...like she good maybe even be GOOD with the remake.

Liking the changes to Rod of Ages and Atmas.

Am I reading the change to Malady right?  It now also gives +30 damage per attack?  That's pretty vicious, BFF Sword only gives +50 and costs more.

What the hell are they thinking with Jax?  The change to Empower is baffling to me, now it's not AoE?  What the hell are you supposed to use it for?  Well, THANK GOD they're doing something about all those OP Jaxes running roughshod over entire teams by themselves, it was really getting to be an epidemic!

A lot of fairly pointless tweaking this patch, feels like.  Minor tweaks to mana cost (honestly, I don't think that tacking ten mana onto a level 5 skill is going to change anything for Galio, for example) cooldown, range, etc.  Feels a bit unnecesary to me.

Also, can someone explain to me what the deal is with all these "on next hit" (Empower, Siphoning Strike, Devastating Blow, etc.) attacks resetting the autoattack timer?  I kind of assumed they already did that, since they rode on the regular autoattack already, how are they currently impacting the timer?

New Malady is +50% Attack Speed, 25 Ability Power and a new passive. I don't see 30 damage anywhere. Looks like a new main item for TF's around the world.

New Malady is +50% Attack Speed, 25 Ability Power and a new passive. I don't see 30 damage anywhere.

The new passive is basically a free +20 damage, is what I was talking about (20 is basically the same as 30,  right?  swamp poop).

Looking at the new item (Hexdrinker) can anyone think of a champ or circumstance in which they'd buy it?  It seems like an item designed to help you push offensively when you wouldn't want to push offensively.  Just about the only champ I can really see it working on is Tryndamere with his ult, and even there I'd guess there are better items for him.  Unless it works on Shaco clones or something?

Seems to be intended to be a cost-effective AD/MR item for the early game (actually, after looking it is the only AD/MR item).  Great way for a AD champ who is looking to boost AD and MR defense in the early game due to being faced off against an AP-heavy team.

Based upon the circumstance it could be more effective than Banshees (which only blocks on hit every 30 seconds) - especially if being attacked/counter-attacked by a bursty caster (Ryze).

Allows you to do something other than just be defensive, and buy a Negatron cloak.

Against a caster that spreads out their attacks, agree it's not so effective.

They buffed Empower a LOT...so to balance it, they removed the AoE lest it become TOO powerful.  Jax is as of now, pretty good at single-target destruction...they made him better at that, without making him godlike at running in and doing huge AoE dmg with it.  Sounds to me like they want him a bit more in the assassin role, without turning him into an AoE monster...

Over the course of a harass phase, and/or prolonged use of abilities without really good regen or mana, it actually affects quite a bit.  Galio, who often goes MR instead of straight AP often does end up a bit mana starved.  By increasing his mana costs, that gets a bit worse, making you think a bit more about itemization.

What happens now with those abilities, is you activate it, and then whenever your next swing happens according to the swing timer, it goes off...sometimes there can be quite a delay if you swing and activate the ability RIGHT after it, there's a long delay before your ability happens.  After the patch, when you activate the ability, it will reset that swing timer so your autoattack happens on pressing the button for the ability.  When timed right, it means you can swing an autoattack, then right after, hit the ability, getting another autoattack instantly.  It's a buff to those abilities.

The limited time Halloween runes look nice, for anyone who hasn't filled out their book yet.

Quintessence of Bountiful Treats (Halloween rune) = +30 HP (Tier 2, 995 IP)
Greater Quintessence of Vitality (Normal rune) = +32.4 HP (Tier 3 2050 IP)

Quintessence of the Speedy Specter = +1.39% Move Speed (Tier 2, 995 IP)
Greater Quintessence of Swiftness = +1.5% Move Speed (Tier 3, 2050 IP)

etc...

Thanks for the heads up on those on hit attacks, that sounds like a pretty vicious change.

EDIT: Just found a kind of neat little easter egg: on the ledge overlooking the river opposite Baron (on the blue side) there's a tomb-gravestone-thing just north of the ramp.  If you stand in front of it, the ghost of Urf comes out of the ground for a second.

The nerf to Imbue was bigger than I thought it would be. Makes me sad because it didn't really heal for that much in the grand sceme of things since it has a pretty long CD. Oh well.

In the grand scheme I like the changed soul shroud mats, getting some CD reduction before final combine is very nice.

Also, changing the item name along with the icon on stuff like frozen heart is mildly annoying. Now not only do I have to find a different icon, I have to find a different name too.

'Reality' is the only word in the language that should always be used in quotes.
