You know, the lesbian selling her virginity on ebay.
Well, apparently it wasn't a hoax to garner attention about student finances.

... but since when have spending your cash on stupid crap (overpriced and underexperienced hookers in this case) ever been a concern of your employers?

Isn't prostitution illegal in Britain, making the employee a criminal?

Of course I do, the question was why the employer got involved. I guess they can't have actual criminals on their staff, especially when they get press attention.

Shouldn't the girl be arrested and the money taken by the police as well?  It was an illegal act and therefore she is not really entitled to the money the way I see it...  Or is UK law pretty hands off on this sort of thing?

Clearly, she needs a deeper dicking next time. =/

I will bellow like the thunder drum, invoke the storm of war
A twisting pillar spun of dust and blood up from the prairie floor
I will sweep the foe before me like a gale out on the snow
And the wind will long recount the story, reverence and glory, when I go

Apparently soliciting is a crime in Britain, and the police are looking into it.

And also, I think The Register has a way with words:
