Server Rules:

1. Respect other's creations

2. No griefing (TNT, destroying land just cause..etc)

3. If applicable, replant what you harvest (Trees, wheat..etc)

4. DO NOT SET FIRE TO ANYTHING!

5. No inventory hacking. If you want to dick around, that's what Single Player is for.

6. Inform Trippy or myself if you have a friend playing, we need to know who is supposed to be on our box.

Server Performance Rules:

1. No Boats/Minecarts - Supposedly fixed, but until it's confirmed try not to go too crazy. You never know with Notch.

2. Do not place or adjust large amounts of water/lava - Flowing water/lava needs to be tracked by the server. If a flow crosses multiple chunks, the server has to track all of that flow and that becomes quite the task (i.e. someone blowing a hole in the seabad to flood a cave.)

3. Do not set fire to anything - Currently this is impossible, but if our server mod is ever unusable, don't do it. Once a fire is started it will most likely spread and with that the server must track every instance of the fire.

4. Do not build within viewing distance of the spawn - This prevents stress on clients loading for the first time and reduces crashes.
