So I got the 'too busy' error today and had to delete the blob file, as one must with professionally produced software yadda yadda...

Anyway, found I'd forgotten my password. Fine, use the password recovery email... ok... security question.... ..... .....WHAT THE FUCK.

It's a defaulted question from when they implemented the new password reset process. Had this happen to me and ended up sending them an e-mail to get it reset.
