So assuming I can find my E3 badge and that LA isn't destroyed by an earthquake in the next 24 hours I should be at E3 tomorrow. Anyone want me to look at anything in particular? Last year I wrote up some impressions of what I saw on the show floor and looking back I think I pretty much nailed it, everything I said looked good ended up being good, everything I was iffy on ended up being not so hot. So you can trust me far more than any professional website! Of course I'll check out whatever MMOs are there at least a little. Other than that I'm planning on spending most of my time playing sequels to shooters and Nintendo-game knockoffs, since that's apparently all the video game industry makes.  |

If the new Rock Band is there I will definitely check it out given that I can play bass and a little piano...although last I heard there was no pro-mode bass guitar, just normal guitar.

Oh, and on the subject of E3, the first day of press conferences is over and schild hasn't even posted since the 12th let alone made any E3 threads. It feels like someone canceled Christmas.  |

They just showed the MS360 demo on tv including that SW game demo. That guy wasn't part of it. That video is probably fake. |

For those interested in games being shown, here is a list (posted May 5th so some changes surely occurred). If anyone has a better one, I'd be interested in seeing that for updates/changes since this one still shows Portal 2 for Valve. So far, I'm interested in the FF14 info, the Trion Worlds games, Wahammer 40K MMO, whatever Valve has up their sleeve, SW:TOR. I'm kind of interested in Yakuza 4, Monkey Island 2, Crysis 2, Bulletstorm. Though it definitely feels weird having that many MMOs I'm interested in seeing more from. |

The only thing I've seen stating any hope of a console version is from Wikipedia: In a blog post on the official website, executive producer Shuntaro Tanaka has revealed that the game will keep the BLiTZ system with wireless ad-hoc to be implemented. In addition, Tanaka said that the game's development for the PSP was done "to allow a broader spectrum of users to discover and enjoy what makes Valkyria special." with the possibility of the game being seen in consoles in the near future |
