The only capital letters in that little monologue are used to denote 'screaming...'

I read the whole monologue.

WoW. Just WoW.

That was like every bad emotion-based beatdown I have ever taken from a woman multiplied by 10 with dramatically less rational content.

A good idea is a good idea forever.

Jesus Christ Jumped Up On A Stick. Some silly bint just typed up all that little emotional excrement just because her boyfriend or whatever he was was HALF A FUCKING LEVEL ABOVE HER? HALF A LEVEL?

Can I be the first to say, "Psycho?"

She wants him to do something, but instead of saying that's what she wants, she just assumes he should know and gets pissed off when he doesn't do it.

Then, when he starts doing what she wants, she's annoyed that he's finally doing it.

When did my ex-wife start playing WoW??

Um, never mind.

I'd date her.  She sounds hot.

She would go on my ignore list fast. She might need to put down the keyboard and get a grip.

Ladies: if you are upset and the guy asks you if you are upset, dont play stupid mind games and say you ARENT upset. If you want help and we offer help, dont say you dont want help and then be upset about it.

Sheesh.

That WoW gal's writing was a long emotional venting that probably would have been better suited to a blog than a message board.   Such happenings on aren't too unusual of a turn of events, really.   In case any of you are entertaining the idea of running your own online game, be aware that little dramas like that can and will roll over to your personal attempt at digital nirvanna.    It doesn't even have to be terribly big scale - I've seen relationships get turbulant over the virtual antics on a 16 line MajorBBS.     Heck, I've seen them fall apart on single line message boards BBSes.

LOL re: that Warcraft post.

Makes me proud of my "ladies first" policy when my wife and I play together.  Whenever there's a "gather parts/items" quest, I let her get hers first.  She's almost pleasant to play with, when I do this.

Haha well, let's just say that my wife's gaming rate of 2 levels per week does not endanger my ability to catass, and it's not exactly a threat to my masculinity to accomodate her :P

We can't help it if good men use rational communication and logical thought to get what we need. Women that can't catch up to that are doomed, as are men who can't communicate at all.

Why can't more women be like you? You say what you want, are direct, and don't fuck around with "I'm upset but I'm not telling you why" nonsense.

Will you marry me?

Personally I don't know if I'd be able to marry a woman who likes to pretend she's furniture. But whatever floats your boat I guess.

I am not pretending to be furniture.  I am a great admirer of furniture and a furniture enthusiast.  I am merely celebrating the joy of furniture by using it as my avatar.

An avatar helps other's understand who you are... as your's clearly demonstrates, Calantus.

Personally, at this point in my life, I hate furniture.  Furniture is why I cannot watch football in HD.   When your wife buys a dining room table, 6 chairs and a new couch, a 42" rear projection LCD seems far off.

I think there's two more chairs for the living room to go before I can even start pricing TVs again.

Righ bought a HUGE television last year.  At first I was a bit taken aback, but I've learned to rather like it, although it takes up nearly a whole wall space.  The only time I resent it is when something like CSI is on.  I just can't watch that much gore that close up.

I don't even own a proper dining set, although I have a lovely cherry table that belonged to my mother.  I'm more the comfy chair and sofa type.  I like extreme comfort above just looks.

Furniture should really have it's own forum, doncha think?

That's not necessarily true.  The former case is about controling somebody.  Usually, the more somebody wants to control somebody else, the more it would irk them to lose them from their grip.

Oh man, isn't that the truth.  I can't believe the dirty laundry people air for each other on those things.  Last night, I witnessed a friendship get destroyed because they discussed their problems in their blogs, in front of all their other friends (and bored, nosey people like me), instead of keeping it private.
