This thing was horrible. It was horrible even for torture porn. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if they'd explained anything at all about the collector guy, but chances are good it would have still sucked ass. Also, "realistic" horror villains don't get to have a chandelier made out of butcher knives fall directly on them and then get up and away a minute later. They also don't get to turn a giant family home into crazy elaborate traps in a couple of hours.
