Garen, The Might of Demacia

    * Perseverance (passive) - Garen gains a large health regeneration boost when he stays out of combat for a few seconds
    * Decisive Strike - Garen gains a movement speed boost upon activating this ability, and his next melee attack deals increased damage and silences his opponent
    * Courage - Garen permanently increases his armor and magic resistance every time he kills a minion, and he can activate this ability to take reduced damage from all sources for a few seconds
    * Judgment - Garen spins his sword rapidly around his body and moves with it, dealing large amounts of physical damage to all enemies within its radius
    * Demacian Justice (ultimate) - Garen executes Demacian Justice upon an opponent, dealing a large amount of damage with bonus damage for health that an opponent is missing

    * Fixed a minor tooltip typo with Empower
    * Leapstrike is no longer castable while immobilized.
    * Equipment Mastery Health gained from attack damage reduced to 3 from 4.
    * Base armor per level reduced to 3.2 from 4


Katarina

    * Base Health increased to 478 from 460.
    * Health per level increased to 83 from 75.
    * Damage per level increased to 3.2 from 2
    * Bouncing Blades bonus damage increased to 20/40/60/80/100 from 15/30/45/60/75.
    * Killer Instinct (Passive): now increases damage from abilities and melee attacks by 8/12/16/20/24 each hit.
    * Killer Instinct (Active):
          o Using Shunpo reduces all damage received by 15/20/25/30/35 percent for 3 seconds.
          o Using Bouncing Blades remains unchanged.
    * Fixed a tooltip error with Shunpo where the damage listed was lower than the actual damage dealt.
    * Death Lotus physical damage scaling increased to 55% of bonus attack damage from 50% of bonus attack damage.
    * Voracity has been adjusted to trigger off kills or assists instead of a champion you've damaged within a short time frame. This should result in more consistent behavior, but not impact most cases.


Mordekaiser

    * Siphon of Destruction shield bonus per hit reduced to 6/9/12/15/18 from 8/12/16/20/24.
    * Iron Man:
          o Shield decay rate increased to 3% a second from 2%.
          o Damage to shield conversion ratio increased to 25% from 20%.
          o Level 1 maximum shield value reduced to 140 from 175.
          o Level 18 maximum shield value increased to 650 from 600.
    * Fixed a minor tooltip typo with Children of the Grave


Morgana

    * Dark Binding:
          o Cooldown reduced to 12 seconds from 15 seconds
          o Mana cost reduced to 60/75/90/105/120 from 80/100/120/140/160
          o Total damage reduced to 80/130/180/240/300 from 90/150/245/315/440
          o Duration reduced to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 from 2.5/2.75/3/3.25/3.5
          o Ability Power ratio now properly applies across all levels
    * Tormented Soil:
          o Now applies a stacking and renewing Magic Resistance debuff of 4/5/6/7/8 to targets in area. Lasts 2 seconds and stacks up to 5 times.
          o Total damage decreased to 125/200/275/350/425 from 150/225/300/375/425 (actual damage approximately the same/higher with MR debuff included).
          o Mana cost decreased to 70/90/110/130/150 from 80/100/120/140/160

    * Feint:
          o Energy cost modified to 45 from 60/55/50/45/40
          o Cooldown increased to 9/8/7/6/5, from 3
          o Feint now blocks damage from every hit for 1.5 seconds
          o Feint blocks 40/75/110/145/180 damage from all non-turret damage sources
    * Shadow Dash energy cost upon hitting a Champion increased to 50 from 40
    * Shadow Dash cooldown increased to 10 from 9
    * Stand United:
          o Shield decreased to 300/525/750 from 400/600/800
          o Duration reduced to 7.5 from 8.5
          o Stand United no longer refunds the cooldown when interrupted


Sion

    * Base movement speed increased to 315 from 310
    * Feel No Pain block percentage increased to 40% from 20%

    * Wish cooldown changed to 100/90/80 from 120/90/60


Taric

    * Imbue cooldown reduced to 16/15/14/13/12 from 20/19/18/17/16
    * Imbue base heal amount increased to 100/150/200/250/300 from 70/120/170/220/270
    * Fixed a bug with Dazzle that was incorrectly calculating minimum damage
    * Radiance:
          o Radiance no longer heals surrounding allied units
          o Upkeep mana reduced to 4/7/10 from 10/15/20
          o Startup mana cost increased to 20 from 10


Tristana

    * Rocket Jump is no longer castable while immobilized


Tryndamere

    * Battle Fury Critical Strike Chance per 10% health missing increased to 4.5% from 2.5% (due to the bug)
    * Fixed a bug in which the critical strike chance was giving less per 10% health missing
    * Blood Lust active cooldown reduced to 18/16/14/12/10 from 20/18/16/14/12
    * Spinning Slash is no longer castable while immobilized
    * Undying Rage cooldown reduced to 110/100/90 from 130/115/100


Twisted Fate

    * Fixed a bug with Pick a Card where Red Card's AOE would penetrate spell shields


Warwick

    * Hunter's Call has been adjusted to work on nearby allied champions instead of globally
    * Fixed a bug with Infinite Duress where Warwick would sometimes stay stunned even if his opponent broke out of the effect


Items

    * New Item: Youmuu's Ghostblade:
          o +30 Attack Damage +15% Critical Chance
          o UNIQUE Passive: +20 Armor Penetration 15% Cooldown Reduction
          o UNIQUE Active: +20% movespeed and +50% attack speed for 4 seconds. Attacking enemy units with melee attacks increases the duration by 2 to a maximum of 8 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

    * New Item: Randuin's Omen:
          o +300 Health +90 Armor + 25 Health Regen per 5 Sec.
          o UNIQUE Passive: 15% Cooldown Reduction
          o UNIQUE Active: Slows movement speed and attack speed of surrounding units by 35% for 1 second + 0.5 seconds for each 100 Armor and Magic Resist. 60 second cooldown


Summoner Spells

    * Fortify will now affect all allied towers, not just the forward most towers in a lane
    * Teleport will now allow you to travel to all allied towers, not just the forward most towers in a lane
    * Rally no longer heals surrounding allied units
    * Rally cooldown reduced to 270 from 360


General

    * New secondary assist system added. Champions may now gain assists on kills if they contributed to the battle via active abilities but did not deal damage (i.e. slowed an opponent with Wither, hasted the ally who got the kill with Time Warp, etc.). In addition, assists should now be properly granted if you debuffed an enemy but they were immune to the damage (Teemo mushroom slowing an invulnerable Kayle). Certain effects like blind, reveal, and attack speed slows will not grant assists.
    * The loading screen has been updated to use the Champion art from PVP.net and will now show the corresponding image if a player is using a skin
    * Healing should now display green floating text.
    * The HUD can now be hidden using [alt] + [-]
    * Responding using the /r function will now correctly respond to the most recent person that whispered you
    * The mouse wheel can now be used to scroll up and down in the shop.
    * Fixed several server crashes
    * Fixed a crash that occurred upon buying a consumable from the shop
    * Fixed a bug where players would hear clicking noises in place of certain spells sounds
    * Fixed a bug in the Tutorial where Cloth Armor would occasionally show up as a Faerie Charm.
    * Fixed a bug where pressing [esc] during the Tutorial would freeze the camera
    * Fixed a bug where the Nunu bot would have an unlocalized name.

See now, what we're gonna do is buff the fuck outta Morgana and add an item that is specifically for schild to buy after a Frozen Mallet. One that makes children weep and Kassadin wet his pants.

Edit: I feel like the Morgana buff might be a little extreme, not quite beta levels extreme though. Taric's heal buff is totally unnecessary. Making Shen's stuff a bit stronger mid-high level is going to make him even worse on Twisted Treeline. Katarina buffed again, still doesn't sound great.

Also, kinda afraid of Nunu now.

The major Nunu change seems designed to stop him permanently keeping bloodboil up on both teammates on Twisted Treeline. 

In effect you can no longer sacrifice casting it on yourself to keep it up on two teammates instead of one.  His other changes seem fairly inconsequential with the exception of the ice blast final rank.

For 5v5:
-Nunu is weaker if anything.
-Kat was viable already not sure how big this buff is but I'm pretty sure she may be a draft pick again.
-Shen was already fucking annoying in good hands.
-Morg may be must-pick again, oh fucking joy I hated the Morg #1 champ metagame fuck Morg, I hope Hat sees the changes and dusts off his Morg play.

I'd really like to run some TF, Morg, Nid, Fiddle, Ali right about now.

Fiddle jungles, TF takes mid, Nid takes 2v1, Morg + Ali isn't the best lane combo ever but it should be fairly impossible to harass and you have fiddle jungle + fate and nid getting 6 early.

Kat is ridiculous again, not as imba as she once was but for sure a draft pick in 4 ban format I would wager.

I'm really liking Nid/Amumu/Morg/Ryze/TF as my theorycraft blind pick stomp team now, Ryze & Morg are just so devastatingly strong early in the lane.  He also combos well w/ Morg & Amumu in team fight format and the roots are so strong now since you can't use any movement skill while held as of this patch.  Nid + TF gives you map control and lots of dps and Amumu can jungle to deny your jungle.  It would be a team that would have to jump to a lead and win early since besides Nid none of the champs scale hardcore into the late and way late game but in reality most games are decided in >20min so that doesn't really matter.

A melee only hero with no CC, no escape tool, nothing but a crappy single target silence.  He's got no mana and just spams cooldowns yet needs to be in melee range to do anything (and for some reason is 3k IP....).  I don't get it.

The new Kat, though, is really, really fucking annoying to lane against.

Uh, wut?

No escape tool... his Q ability is a pretty significant speed percent boost, combined with popping his W for added defense...along with getting flash or boost means he's VERY hard to chase down and kill.

He may not have any CC, but he's got a 2.5 second silence..on a really short cooldown...

With Q and a mallet, he's GREAT at chasing down people to kill them.

His ult is fucking amazing because it can crit.  His execute has killed squishy heroes at half life for me before with an infinity edge.

His whirlwind makes him a FANTASTIC lane pusher if he's left to his own devices, not to mention getting him out of sticky situations because it clears all slows.

Just because the asshats in your games don't know what to do with him, doesn't make him a bad hero. :)

Having said that, I think they actually managed to make a decent hero that is competetive and playable that ISN'T overpowered right off the bat.

A week ago? Nah, the moment I saw Tsal play her I knew she was good, until then I'd only seen mostly crap Annies and never really had a good one on my team.

Kat can do some damage now. Also, never queue up at 8AM Central. It's scrub time in LoL apparently. People playing Fiddle who don't know how Dark Wind works, a Teemo that I never saw blind anyone - it was just a mess.

schild, as an old Kassadin guy I was wondering something. I am looking at making him AD, with the new ghost blade...but I have noticed AD Kassidin is underwhelming in the laning phase. I was thinking about running smite/clarity with him and Vampiric Sceptre off the bat, with 1 heal pot. After gaining a level or two in lane, then switching to total jungling looking at getting a Madred's Razor (and eventually bloodrazor after ghost blade).

Any thoughts? Trying to hard to allow him to jungle?

I don't know about Kassadin jungling, he doesn't have any abilities that really support it. Mute isn't going to do anything and if you're not AP it's going to do crap damage anyway. You won't get E built up and mana drain will be useless.

HOWEVER. I have thought about playing Kassadin due to Ghostblade also, but my build would be ALL over the map. I'd probably rush Frozen Mallet and then Ghost Blade after I got some level 1 boots. There's a fair chance I'd go Nashor's Tooth after that or maybe even start with Nashor's tooth. The survivability and utility of Frozen Mallet is nice though. I might give him a go on Friday as I plan on playing all night.

My runebook would probably be all health or cooldown, not sure yet.

Yeah, that's pretty much my thoughts on it. Maybe if I ran armor runes in the yellow (you can get 24 armor from those and 3 points in defense alone). With a little help getting Lizard early, it might just be viable. My last two games as AD Kass I just didn't like him at all early in the lane. Seems like if I can give someone solo exp and be able to jungle effectively it may be more worthwhile.

1 armor quint, 2 movement speed quints

I'm getting decent with Kass...both AP and AD - just not sure if it's my character. Probably go back to ole Singed, I have him basically mastered. Kass is fun though, great ganker/chaser.

Randuin's Omen on any champ that has ever run Sunfires since the synergy is obvious and potentially awesome.

Youmuu's Ghostblade champs I want to see more of:
Blitz (I've only tried it once need to do more w/ it)
Gragas
Poppy
Malph
Sion
Gangplank

Also have people tried any of the TF or Ez builds with the Ghostblade?

Omen
Banshees

and it's been working very very well.  Ult into a fight, pop Omen's active and it can turn a fight around.
