That is basically what this post was. I had been doing quests from 20 levels ago for a day or two.
For the others: I did hit 45 when I finished up the Lone Lands warg deed or something like that. Currently I have just completed the Weathertop instance and will be headed to Ost Guruth to see about Radagast and the rest of Book 2. And that damned bog lurker deed.

They'd upped the spawn of bog lurkers sometime in January, I've nearly got the first leg of the deed done on Creothyn.
That's good news. I haven't played LOTRO for some time, but I tried to complete every deed I could...the bog-lurker deed was excruciating. I couldn't force myself to finish it, even though it was a trait I actually used (determination I believe?).
It is still excruciating. Unless there is some hidden spawn area that I am not aware of.
