Excellent photos.

I have found that a few nice stiff drinks before show and tells helps tremendously since most of the time these riveting events occur at facilities that are hours away from the hotel.  This allows for the optimum amount of inebriated time while being driven there, a suitable phase of moderate inebriation to pretend to be interested but not silly and then one will have enough time to sleep off any negative side effects while being driven back to the hotel.

Just more proof of how shitty the job of being president is.  Show interest and you're phony.  Don't show interest and you're an elitest intellectual.  Whoever the president is, they will always be fucked by some segment of the population and blasted by a part of the media.   I can't imagine ever having skin thick enough to endure being under that kind of microscope 24/7.

Some of that stuff was genuinely interesting, like the power station. The one where he seemed the most  bored was when he was looking at this guy sticking his finger into a jar of scummy dirty water. He had his arms crossed.

And I don't blame him. Algae is such a fascinating subject.  Oh ho ho ho. Reallllly?

Begging for captions.  All of them.

Captions are on the right, but theirs aren't too clever.

I traded in my fun blog for several legal blogs. Or, "blawgs," as the cutesy attorney blawgosphere likes to call 'em.

Strangely, that picture of Biden and Obama reminds me of all the times in The West Wing that people were having a serious conversation about real issues while doing something incredibly Mundane and uninteresting.

For all we know, they just ordered the poison to be released into Cheneys heart.

It warms me.

These are a bunch of unflattering pictures, found by combing through thousands of pointless press snapshots. No more and no less work than finding pictures of Bush looking confused. Our faces shift through dozens of expressions every day, Obama tends to prefer appearing "serious" than, for example, "awed and overjoyed"... which was Bill Clinton's favorite.

Well, in all fairness, I doubt Michelle puts out as often as a twenty-two year old intern.
